We always stay here when we are visiting family. The rooms are usually spot on with nothing wrong. This occasion our room was not clean. Dirty shower and room not hoovered. We told the staff who were quick to sort it out and very apologetic. We were also given a free drink at the bar. Our room was quite tired and required a couple of repairs also the extractor fan in bathroom needing cleaning, wooden blinds cleaning. Problem with water in shower however all reported to lovely lady on reception before we left. Breakfast is gorgeous and plenty of it. Staff are lovely and make time to chat to guests , very welcoming. We will be back again on our next visit up north.
