Hotel was a friendly, family-run hotel. Great location with ample parking. Rooms were perfectly adequate for short stays and the breakfast offering was very good.

Lovely stay here at the last minute because trains not running after a gig at Warwick castle. Close to station and quiet road. Owner and staff very friendly - excellent breakfast so make the effort to get up! Very clean and fresh family room. Two queens and a single bed were comfy.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the family room was very impressive, beds were super comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year when we stayed and they had thoughtfully provided 2 fans in the room for our comfort. Breakfast was very good also. Would highly recommend and if i need to stay in this area again it will be my first choice.

I stayed for a weekend in a single room. The family are welcoming and the hotel is very comfortable. My room, at the rear of the property, and en-suite shower room were very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. I marked down my stay because the television didn't work and, although there were curtains, there were no nets, so a shower in the daytime meant I had to draw the curtains and put the light on, as otherwise, with a large window, there was no privacy from the neighbours sitting in their garden!

We were 3 adults staying in one room, the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, there was plenty of room. The family who run it were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and the shower was great. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, lovely little fruit pots, plenty of preserves for toast and my husband enjoyed his full English breakfast which was included in the price. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Warwick street where we found lots of nice bars and pubs. We were there for a Warwick uni open day which was about 20 mins away in the car. I would highly recommend this lovely little place.

Hotel is lovely and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful - pretty faultless. There was a downside as we stayed the 2nd hottest weekend of 2022 - and were put in a low ceilinged attic room. They provided a fan, however, we could not get the space comfortably cool enough to sleep/change/shower/etc. We were working all weekend and really needed better rest and place to chill. Shower was also compomised by attic position - water flow was poor, and hard to get a decent shower from. Also a low beam by the shower, meant my partner who, at just over 6ft is not especially tall, kept bumping his head. There is a steep step to the bathroom which I found a challenge occassionally and would like to have been warned about before booking. Also the auto close mechanism on the main door is right by the steep step entrance to the bathroom. This is potentially dangerous for taller people. Hope the oweners take this one onboard before someone hurts themselves. I'm sure most of the main rooms in the hotel are good as its a regency type build with high ceilings. So, if you are tall or expecting very hot weather you do not want the attic rooms; other than that I can absolutely recommend and we may use again for family visits.

I stayed in room one; a ground floor single room. A very friendly family run business less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order. There was a good selection of cereals and a lovely yoghurt with granola and fresh fruits. Only one key which is used to open the main entrance door and the individual rooms. I was worried about the security of my belongings when he said that, so I actually tried to open another room, but it didn’t work The only downside to the room was that it was small and outdated. Check-in and out was efficient and quick. Lovely garden to the rear.
