Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Great location. We had a toddler with us and the hotel staff were great with her. We felt very welcome.

Booked a Twin nd double room for a family of 5 but Twin room was not Availablethen we wwere told we were being upgraded for free after a lot of discussion. The first room none of the plug were working. Both rooms bedsheets were stained
