Everything was in place, lobby was pretty and it looks decent. We stayed in connected room and my family was happy about it. The bed was firm and clean. Even sofa bed was nice. Shower was great. Breakfast was good. Basic but we loved the waffle machine. Staff was kind. There were some cinema bowling and other things nearby.

Property was nice, we stayed as a family of 3, this made the room v small with the sofabed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast choice was great - something for everyone. The cramped feeling in thrbroom wasnt really an issue for us as we were only in room at night, but for others, esp with more than 1 child may find it cramped. The only downside was the shops/eateries next door, we went for a walk around the retail park in the morning and there was broken glass beer bottles all over the pavement both mornings (the same glass, so not cleqned up). I know this isnt the hotels responsibility but it detracts from where they are. Would recommend the hotel and will ise again if nearby.

Stayed here many times, staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable had ground floor room on request as I have mobility problems rooms always quiet. Good breakfast plenty of choice, good addition to have the fresh fruit salad. Will always stay here whilst visiting family and looking after grandchildren

Not as good as expected . Rooms were very small , matress was terrible , hard , lumpy & dipped so bad we rolled into the middle . No proper bathroom sdoor just a sliding frame withglass & didn't fit properly. Towels need replacing as very tatty , hard , off whitr with threads hanging off everywhere .. basin in bathroom is to far set back so water & toothpste end up all over the counter top especially when kids using it , furniture had the backing plastic peeled off in loads of places. Room.badly designed . The bar had only 1 choice of botted lager & bad wine . Can.of coke was over £2 each . Staff were unfriendly , couldn't understand what we were saying to them . Felt let down with our stay . Outside garden borders were full.of weeds & looked unsightly . Positives were the communial areas were comfortable & clean , a good and varied breakfasr was included in the price & the onsite gym was good . Wouldn't return or recommend.
