Nice beds and pillows, great location, nice bar too. Slept like a baby great place.

Used for an overnight stay to visit family. Room on 5th floor was air conditioned and quiet considering it was a Saturday. Bit expensive but ideally placed for all Nottinghams best bars and restaurants.

Booked & paid for a family room. Described with Double & single bed. In reality the single bed was only fit for a child so receptionist told us that an adult may not use us. We were moved instead to a twin room - 2 single beds. This is not the room I paid for. Very unimpressed.
