Only stayed for one night so didn’t really get the full use of the facilities, but we really liked the hotel. Location was great, close to train and tram stations. Breakfast was good, Room was very nice, we had a junior suite with a city view. Staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location close to the Manchester train station. The family suite we booked was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was terrific. We only wished we were able to stay longer!

First visit. Had a gig at Manchester Apollo. Is within walking distance. Really lovely hotel. Ate in the evening & had breakfast. Great food. Had a family room for 4 of us. Again, great room. Only downside was, only 2 towels, 2 cups & not enough drinks for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend & would stay again. Thank you.

Amazing hotel and the Junior suite was perfect for a family stay. Close to the Piccadilly station and Piccadilly center. Lot of shopping close by and restaurants. Excellent breakfast & amazing staff and we will come back to stay here.

Great location being opposite train station and close to China town. Room was spacious for junior suite and clean bathroom. Had to pay for 48hours parking for the ncp hotel recommends to use even though we didn’t use it for that long which was a shame as we felt we got ripped off. Next time I’ll find somewhere else that will be cheaper.

It’s tough to find a hotel where we can stay as a family with all four of us in the same room. This hotel was clearly the best weve found so far. On top of the comfort of our room, we had a stunning view of Manchester from our window.
