Great place and would consider staying again. It was CLEAN, looked recently renovated, and staff were very friendly. We got a room for a family of 4 (double bed + 2 twin beds), which was in the basement. Continental breakfast was good, no surprises there.
The hotel is on a quiet street full of hotels (which look like they're re-purposed apartment buildings), and it's around the corner from a subway station. The subway station is on a busy street with convenience stores and a variety of restaurants (incl. Indian, halal, pubs, and a McD's).
The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because the room has very few complementary amenities. It had hand soap and body wash, but you'll need to bring your own shampoo, etc. But, maybe that's why the Trebovir is a little more reasonably priced than other hotels (for London, anyway).
The next time we visit London, we will definitely check the availability of Trebovir when considering where to stay.

Staff were really friendly and although basic the room was really clean and comfortable. We were three adults and a teen in a family room using it as a base for going to Wembley Stadium. The hotel was right next to Earl’s Court station so easy to travel around. Breakfast was a simple continental buffet but very filling. We would stay here again for sure.

The Trebovir was perfect for our family vacation to London. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast every morning was a special treat! It’s located very closely to the Underground, which made it easy to explore everything we wanted to see in the city as well get from and to Heathrow Airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again in the future!

Had a memorable first stay with our children 14&17. Stayed for a couple of nights in April (Easter hols) in family room G06 bed and breakfast. It's a 3 star and i think that is accurate.
On check in they asked me for photo ID which I didn't have. Travelled from North on the train so no need for a driving licence or passport. It was fine once I showed booking email. Asked for a second keycard but didn't need it in the end. Wifi code is available but signal is not great.
I'm used to an emperor bed, so double was too small, children in my opinion are old enough to have their own room obviously that would have been extra cost. It was hardwork sharing especially bathroom but we didn't spend much time in the room. It's a great location to Earls Court tube 5mins walk to Piccadilly and Circle lines. High St has co-op, nando's and mcdonalds. Look on Google maps.
Bathroom with walk in shower was too small for me. Top of fixed shower, and secondary hand hand shower were not clean. I work in hospitals you have to bleach or replace showerheads every 3 months - some of the rubber water nossles on shower head were black.
Selection of tea and coffee. I checked the dates on UHT milk. Two out of the four were out of date.
Curtains were high level difficult to close, and because of the came off there runners.
Room has AC and we needed this on both night. Glad we had it.
It's a continental breakfast: cheese, salami, toaster for bread, yoghurts, pastries, juice, tea/coffee.

I love how clean this property is that’s everything to me and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Check in/ Check out was stress free it was simple and quick. However, I don’t recommend this if you have babies or small children because the space is small. I traveled with my husband and my teen son so it was perfect for us. The location is everything, overall I am satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again if I ever visit London again.

The smallest room I have ever stayed. Location is not but its not worth the price with such tiny rooms. Can even put 2 luggage at the same time. Dissapointed with a family trip. Maybe ok for Single occupancy

Me and my cousin really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to recommend the hotel to our family.
Here are the main things:
-Location (100x the highlight of this trip) It’s very close to Earls Court which is accessible with District and Picadilly lines that will give you ease of travel to and from Heathrow Airport and tourist spots in London.
-In addition, there are plenty of restaurants close by such as Nando’s, Paul, Halal Guys, Leon, and McDonald’s. Also there is a convenience store and pharmacy around the corner.
-Receptionists have been very kind and helpful.
-breakfast is decent, mostly continental. Think of a typical european breakfast. We’re still happy about breakfast being included.
Con:
-rooms are small. However, do keep in mind that Europe and UK room sizes are mostly small as standard. It was hard to move luggage around but it doesn’t bother us
Overall, great for the price of the stay in comparison to most hotels in London. Highly recommend booking here

Booked for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. will definitely recommend it to others. The place is clean, breakfast which is included is simple but satisfying, the location is just max 5 minutes away from the Tube station, restaurants/fastfood, grocery stores and Filipino stores. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Its just 4 stars because the room looks bigger in the photos than the actual.

Hotel is unfortunately horrible for families with babies.
No chairs for babies during breakfast. Small steps to enter the hotel. Small lift and even smaller aisles and last but not least the smallest rooms I’ve ever been in. Absolutely no room to even unpack your luggage.
If the room is not that unbelievable dirty like our first room (we switched the room after one night!), the hotel would be ok for singles or couples just to sleep, but you’ll hear everything from the other rooms next to you or above or underneath you.
The connection from Earls Court is very very good; to the city and all sightseeing spots and direct connection to Heathrow without any changes of lines.
