My 7-year old and I spent 7 nights and we loved it. The area is safe and convenient with public transportation and plenty of restaurants around. The museums are a walk away. The staff was very friendly! We didn't see any other kids during our stay but we didnt mind it. My son loved the fish goujons from the kids menu at the hotel and we ordered it for room service on some days!

We loved our stay at The Kensington. It’s our go-to in London. Thomas, Emilio, and everyone on the staff was warm, welcoming to our family. We had a great time and appreciated the great lengths they went through to make our visit special. We will be back again soon!

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I was disappointed in the room size for the price. We were traveling with our grandchildren and asked for a bigger room and a roll away bed. The charge for a room that had a little bigger bed and a roll away bed was $290.00 a night. They charged $70.00 for a roll away bed that was a cot. The room had a balcony with not chairs or a table like the others by us. Everything was very expensive.

Loved everything about the property! The best was how well they cared for our family, especially the extra attention to our son.
