Radisson Blu helped us have a great time in London. We were there on an unusually hot day, and the hotel's social areas and restaurant made a significant difference. It was our family vacation. We traveled from the USA to London. I initially booked a different hotel but moved to the Radisson Blu because the initial hotel was horrible."

Great hotel but alleged upgrade to family room was not good as there was a made up sofa bed which made the room very cramped

Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience.

An amazing hotel for my family and me to spend our first time in London! The hotel is directly next to the British Museum and is around a 10min walk to a train stop. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff themselves were very hospitable. When booking through Expedia, I would recommend stating exactly whether you want 2 twins or 1 double bed for the room since the front desk stated that they were not able to see that we booked 2 twins beds for all our rooms.

Considering I am a Gold VIP member I had a load of hassle with the tiny single bed they offered me and ended up paying £40 to slightly upgrade to a small double room instead. My booking was confirmed as a double room. The original one was like a kids dormitory!!! Poor management....., so much for Congratulations! As a Gold member you unlock extra benefits when you book a VIP Access property.

Hotel was ideally located for what we needed. Beautiful decor, staff very friendly, hotel very clean and today - nice and bright but warm and inviting too. We had family room; kingsize bed and a sofa bed. Was ideal for our family with two grown up teens. Bathroom was very clean and available products were great. Beds were comfy and room was ideal temperature. No noise from outside. We had breakfast ordered and variety was excellent, fresh and delicious. Again, staff exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again in fact - we hope to very soon.

We booked the Kenilworth hotel but turned up to foind out we'd been moved to a sister hotel. This is the 2nd time in 12 months Expedia have done this to us. In extreme heat we had to get our baby across London with limited help from Radission and Expedia....really poor service.

We booked through Hotels.com at a doffeeent Radisson Blu Edwardian property. The reservation went through. But a week before, we got an email that the hotel was closed and we were being rebooked here. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay where we wanted, which was closer to family, but this hotel was a lovely alternative. It was actually quieter and felt less hectic than where our original hotel was. The staff was wonderful, and we were given complementary breakfasts because of the mix-up.

Absolutely horrendous service. Our room was not ready when we arrived we waited the whole morning to get access, finally got access to a dirty room where beds were not made and dirty glasses with lipstick on the side on the table and dirty towels on the floor. We were tilde it would take hours before a room was ready, so we went out to see the city in dirty clothes after 24h of travelling and came back destroyed to have two separate rooms (in stead of one big family room as we had paid for). Absolutely impossible to meet the manager Zubin Lobo until the very last day where I had to insist several times and refused to leave u til he met me. Finally he offered a compensation for the first night, which we are still to receive. Rose Chester, Operations Support Coordinator, confirmed by email that we would receive it, but she must surely be a fictional character cause we have not received anything and she does not respond to emails. Horrendous experience. Shameful customers service.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was fab. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family, and I would happily return myself.
