Stayed here numerous times and it’s always great. This time the guy at check in had an attitude though. After waiting for several minutes at an empty reception him and his colleague came. Gave him my last name in which the booking for two rooms were. When done he gave me 1 keycard and I therefore told him I booked two rooms. He asked if I did two separate bookings to which I said no. He insisted I did, I insisted I did not. Very child like behavior and very uncalled for as I was very relaxed despite check-in being a mess. This guy should not be front office.

We were really impressed with Mimis. We stayed over the xmas period with 2x adults & 2x kids. It was ideal! Will definitely recommend and hopefully stay again when we're next in london.

When they call this place cozy they aren’t kidding. I would highly recommend that if you have 2 or more people you don’t consider this hotel. The room and bathroom are extremely small. (Roughly 8x6.5 feet including the bathroom.) If you are traveling alone and don’t plan on being in the room much, then it may be fine. The location is fantastic.
