The hotel was quiet considering its location, the rooms were nice & beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast included.. only thing I would say is that the rooms were very hot & we couldn’t lower the temperature below 19, we couldn’t have the air con on at night or window open as it would have kept the children awake.. Also, could have done with extra pillows- only 1 each provided- we did ask for another or a harder pillow but were told no..

Pros - Nice, clean rooms. Housekeeping is good. Cons - Made a reservation for a double bed room, got a single bed (what if it was a family vacation???) because they ran out of double beds... never happened before. Breakfast is poor, no vegetables at all. Service is poor. Go spend your money elsewhere in London...

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wandsworth and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is walking distance from Wandsworth Town Rail Station. You can take the train to Clapham Junction (1 stop over) and switch trains to go straight into central London. It only takes 45 mins by train to get to the WB Harry Potter Studios & about 2 hrs to get to the Stonehenge. Warm Breakfast was included, the beds were comfortable and the washroom was clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We had an excellent stay! Thank you Holiday Inn Wandsworth.

We booked a room for a family of 4 for 2 nights. The main bed was only a double, and very bouncy and uncomfortable. The other bed in the room was a sofa bed - even worse, but fortunately our kids didn't mind so much. Room was clean, tidy; breakfast was plentiful but sadly no bacon with the other cooked offerings.

Great location, amenities and breakfast. The only issue was other very noisy travellers letting their kids run riot in the corridor and speaking really loudly well past midnight.

Building work nearby but wasn't noisy and didn't affect our stay. Close to the railway station making travel into London easy. Nearby shop open until 11. Check in and out simple, breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The only thing missing was a restaurant or anywhere suitable for families to eat nearby (other than McDonald's!)
