I stayed for 3 nights with my family, everything was good except that the booking stated that it was a 4-star hotel and our room could not have more than 3 stars at most. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the communication was excellent, the railway site is about 100 meters from the hotel and the bus stops in front of the hotel.

Checking in at reception was lengthy and unreasonable. We arrived 10 mins before the 3.00pm check in time and was informed that our room was not ready. Waited another 30 mins for access to the room. Charges for early check in or late check out would be £30. The room layout was not appropriately designed for a hotel stay with families. The bathroom was literally in the bedroom with a flimsy see through door separating the space. Accessing the bathroom meant the person had to squeeze by the bed of another and pull the door to get privacy through a clear partition door. Thereby interrupting the sleep of that person with the shower. The toilet was located in another space, but no sink available in that space to wash your hands (unhygienic). The room was allocated for a family of 4, with one chair and 2 cups & utensils. The bathroom had clear evident of unsightly mold near the sink (pictures taken) and bugs in the shower (cleanliness an issue). The hotel located near a busy train line, but poorly sound proof. Continuous train movements late in the night and early morning. Stayed at many hotels all over the world, including New York, Miami, London & Florida. However, this experience at Novotel was not one of the better ones. On a position note, breakfast experience was reasonable. However, would not book a stay at this hotel again.

Three of us stayed in a room with a double bed + sofa bed. The price (for London, at least!) was really good value for money, as this place was much cleaner and more modern than more central accommodation, and we loved that you had lots of local options for food and drink in Greenwich, yet were literally next door to both Greenwich rail and underground stations, so could be at London Bridge in 10 minutes (2 stops). We didn't bother with breakfast (an extra £15 per head) as there are plenty of places to pick up a coffee and croissant close by, but if you need a big sit-down breakfast, then it's probably worth getting that at the hotel.
Comfortable beds, good room layout (separate WC/toilet), powerful shower (and also separate shower over a bath in case you've got little ones) and quiet, despite being next to the trains. Nice bar/ restaurant area to hand out in. Would definitely stay again.

Good customer service overall. Reception staff were accommodating and resolved my parking issue. One member of staff, a mature lady at the breakfast bar was a little short with me when I asked for hot milk but other than that the food was great and my family enjoyed their stay.

Great hotel, good location, we stayed here as wanted somewhere close from the O2,
We had a family room clean, tidy everything you need, but basic,
The room backs on to the train station, so is quite noisy but this didn’t worry us, breakfast again basic but fine.

Good, Clean and comfortable room.
Bad, my bedroom has an internal window opening to the lobby (room 147).
It was noisy because the window would not close properly.
My view was sorry panels with dead flies in it.
Between our family and friends, we had booked 12 rooms.
In addition I could not get my electric car charged in the field garage because there is no print signal or WiFi available to get the chargers to connect.
