Friendly staff, clean hotel, well situated. Breakfast was ok but would have appreciated warm plates. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. 😊👍

Great service, staff helpful and welcoming. Clean, well cared for hotel and rooms. Good breakfast, lots of options. Large family room, also have interconnecting rooms. Negative: double sofa bed instead of beds, children kicking each other all night. Window didn’t close properly, road noise loud. Bed mattress too firm.

Unfortunately, parts of the rom had not been cleaned in between guests checking out /in. We made reception staff aware, who gave us a voucher for free drink/snack. When we returned approx 6 hours later nothing had been done/changed. Not a great first impression on the first time we stayed here. A shame as daughter is at uni here and family would plan a few trips each year. Great location, easy parking - a real shame

A comfortable stay and a good location for accessibility to the hotel and for the city centre. Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent value for money for a family room with breakfast included. Car Park comes at extra cost - this would be good value if parked up for 24 hours

We went as a family for a couple of days away. The hotel was clean and comfy, the staff were friendly. one issue with the room was the pull out bed was right infront of the window meaning we couldnt get to the window and the desk was awkward to use due to this, but it didnt spoil our stay. we would stay again. Very good location for the city center
