I visited a friend with my family. No problem with room. The breakfast was just basic. Continental breakfast with no mushrooms, fried egg and tomatoes. Very disappointing. Pancake with no syrup, my son didn't like it. We had to pay £8 for parking. Stayed in your hotel and had to pay huge amount for parking that's appalling.

Parking was nice and easy (right at the hotel door if parking in St Stephens multi-storey). Good central location. Breakfast was good. Only gripe is the sofa beds in the family rooms are horrifically uncomfortable. Other than that all good.

Will stay here again and I recommend it for the price. Loved the air conditioning. We stayed with our 2 young children and the housekeeping had made up their sofabed already when we entered the room. Breakfast was great, it was a full breakfast with sausage, eggs, bacon, pancakes, breads, etc. Parking was easy, on check-out, the hotel took my license plate number and I paid the reception the fee, so we just drove out on leaving.

The room was extremely small for 4 people. I initially stated the ages of everyone and was told we would be getting a family room but this was clearly a 2 person room. The tv was tiny and totally in the wrong place for watching plus the picture and sound was so poor we were unable to watch it anyway. Will go back to using Premier Inn in the future.
