Very welcoming staff on reception. The receptionist explained where our room was. Very clean room, and bathroom lovely white soft towels. Lovely dinning area where you had a buffet breakfast, which was very good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a family funeral. The rooms had obviously been upgraded as has the rest of the hotel and had everything we required. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the staff were very efficient. The only annoyance was that the bedroom doors are not soft closing. Slamming doors woke us each morning at 6am. Also the bath is very deep and a grab handle is needed on the wall to enable easy access.

We had an emergency one night stay here as a result of the train strikes. The family room was very comfortable, a good size and with a nice powerful shower. We didn’t use many of the facilities (bar, restaurant) but i can say that the staff were very welcoming and helpful

For the price we were expecting an average run of the mill experience. We were happily surprised! The hotel itself is very clean and our room was comfortable with all the things we'd expect. We needed an iron and board which reception swiftly sorted for us. Great nights sleep followed by the inclusive breakfast of high quality food and exceptional service. The staff in this hotel are excellent and could work in any 5 star hotel without question. We'd happily recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel family room had a comfy bed for all three of us. Room had a tv, and coffee machine. Carpet needed updating, but I think that is due to happen very soon. I’m a bit of a neat/clean freak and I was happy staying here. Didn’t eat in hotel so can’t comment on food.
