We go to this hotel regularly when visiting family in Dartford. We always have an exceptional stay with excellent service and a great inclusive breakfast.

We have stayed here many times with our small dog as it is very close to our family when we visit. This time our room was a bit shabby, marks on the carpet and in need of a refurb. never have we had to use a toilet that was so close to the floor in our bathroom. The staff are lovely and make you very welcome. Not happy that you have to now pay £4 per night to leave your car in the hotel car park.

Found the room not quite right for an accessible as too narrow of a gap one side of bed and toilet to loo which made it too awkward for my wife to use. Breakfast as usual was up to standard with plenty to chose from. Also thought it was free parking and ended up paying for two nights so be careful when using machine, wish it could be included in price and you just register your vehicle, sorry to say will not be using again as this was a family emergency.

Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Really helpful friendly staff, very professional, couldn’t do enough to support our request for a quiet room. Room was lovely, quiet & very spacious. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, but staff were really helpful in offering to take our luggage to our room as this was on the third floor, but because I really wanted a really quiet room with a sofa we were really happy to use the stairs. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Excellent price for what we had.

My entire family (I, my wife and 3 kids aged 13, 10 and 6) were stuck in the lift on Saturday morning. The fire brigade had to come and force the lift door open. We were stuck for just over 1 hour! Nobody at the hotel has bothered to check on our welfare since we were rescued. No duty of care in my opinion. That is poor service and totally unacceptable.

Stayed in hotel whilst visiting family. Hotel was standard budget hotel. Lifts were out of order for the 3 nights we stayed. Inclusive buffet breakfast was OK. Rooms were clean and confortable. Used the "free" carpark. It's free providing the hotel can be bothered to tell the parking company. You can see where this is going. Recieved 3 penalty notices from the parking company for £100 each. Which they had sent to the car hire firm I used. They charged me £55 a time to process each notice. So £165 charged to my account. Emailed the hotel. Told them the scenario. Don't worry, we'll get in touch with the parking company and get the fines cancelled. This has taken about 2 months. And around 10 chase up emails. I was told that the car hire company would refund me their admin fees. They haven't. Told the hotel the car hire firm were entitled to charge these fees, they did a job and their fees were clear. The hotel were at fault, they should reimburse. No joy. Car hire company agreed to a refund, providing I can get a written confirmation if the cancellation on headed notepaper. Hotel said they woild organise. They haven't. The say the parking firm have been approached and haven't responded. Hotel has made numerous errrors and want to blame everyone else. I just want my money back. I'm the innocent party, but they don't care. They have a complaint resolving app, which is a waste of time. It's an easy fix. Hotel made a mess. Refund please.
