Such a great service given by the staff here.I called on the day of arrival asking for rooms to be close and to see if there could be three beds in one room for the adult children and my step son to share. They were more than accommodating and swapped our rooms for us. Friendly smiley staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Beds and rooms clean and comfy and very quiet too.
We found that our sat nav sent us into the back entrance of the services so not sure why we weren’t just sent via the M6???

Very friendly staff. Couldn't of helped us more. We have two children and they sorted cots for our room.
The breakfast was worth the money. It is served over the services bridge. But it is only a short walk.
Couldn't ask for more for the money.

Our visit place was i a decent location for visiting areas.
The room are Family are not suitable for toddlers, when kettle is near enough on the floor with breakables. Bed wasn't comfy and the blanket is more like a sheet.
Other than that as we were only stay small amount of time in the hotel.

Brilliant from getting to hotel to check in to value for money on room . We were attending a concert at world resorts Arena and the hotel is ideal. Very clean and quiet considering you on M6.
Our only issue was a family opposite us very noisy with a family next to us. But they stopped later in evening ( Hotel can't help that ).

Excellent value for money at only £42 for 1 night. Was very impressed at the quality of the bathroom and room for the price. Only downside is probably that it’s located at a busy service stop! But it worked for me and my family for an overnight stay

Room was as expected. Parking on site very handy and handy location for getting some food. Only criticism is that i paid for breakfast which said cooked to order and actually it was a set breakfast that you had to take a voucher from the hotel to collect at the services. Found this very misleading and my kids are really fussy hence why cooked to order was what i purchased as it led me to believe there would be a choice in items but there was not.

Close to NEC.
Convenient.
Fold out sofa bed absolutely unacceptable for use by anyone other than a very small child. In terrible condition with huge gaps. An adult could not sleep on this. On booking I noted that there was a negative review in 2020 regarding the state of the sofa bed and wrongly assumed action would have been taken by now to improve this. I did mention it on checkout but felt my complaint was very much dismissed.
Would not recommend booking a family room here.

Amazing experience, clean room and efficient service. Nice comfortable beds. I would like more sockets so we can charge our phones/ tablets at the same time as 2 sockets are not enough for a family room, but I’ll rate it as excellent overall.
