Lovely stay arranged by Aunt. Three nights very comfortable room with everything you need. Patio area by a pathway so could be quite busy and noisy during the day. Breakfast was well worth the extra and restaurant and bar food were very good quality. Lots of facilities for families. Would certainly recommend

Amazing and clean hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed. We traveled with 3 months old baby and it was perfect family weekend. We had the lake view room which was worth every penny. Highly recommend !

The rooms are clean but needs updating. No fridge and air-conditioning for standard rooms. Room Service is Disappointing. The only way to order food is through their online portal. They said food will be delivered between 35 to 45 mins. But it took them more than 2 hours and 2 follow up calls with reception to deliver our food. The hotel is very secluded so deliveries from outside restaurants are not available. The kids were starving and it was really late when we received the food. No apologies, reasons for delay and compensation for the inconvenience offered. Such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely and the reception staff seem welcoming. Their online portal is a good idea if only it is executed efficiently and effectively.

Considering the Price paid for the room, I've experience for nicer for far less. Spa treatments were expensive and rarely started on time or lasted the full length, the pool was supposed to be for spa users only to maintain a quiet environment, but children were constantly in and out with the noise and splashing. Ate off site as the food was over priced and average. Incredible disappointing stay.

Loved the hotel estate, very beautiful. Swans gliding in the lake outside the hotel room made a fantastic start to the day. Breakfast was enormous and we could take our time with it. Fantastic holiday for the family.

Room was spacious, lovely scenic views of the lake, good restaurant, the piri piri wings in the bar were delicious, staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, only minor issue was they did not have any full fat milk for my toddler, would definitely stay here again, is also a good base for visiting the Cotswolds

We got an upgrade with a little extra but all worth it! Amazing view, serene and peaceful location. Nice breakfast and plenty of veg options at the restaurant. Pool is awesome and kids friendly. Staff at the reception, restaurant and Spa is very kind and helpful. Had a lovely break.
