The Hartwood Hall Hotel by Greene King Inns

Short stay to attend a family wedding. Friendly welcome from staff quick booking in especially considering it was the first day of the massive world wide IT issues. Room clean and well stocked, thank you for ensuring fans in each room as it was needed. All staff friendly especially our waitress, Lisa, she had her work cut out with our group of 11 for the evening. Small but good selection of breakfast options both cooked and continental.

We chose this hotel as it is close to a family celebration we were attending. We were two adults iin a double room but there were only enough towels for one, left a message with bar staff to pass on but unfortunately they did not, the following morning we spoke to reception who immediately resolved the problem. However the shower lost pressure and reduced to a single dribble which was tepid. Otherwise our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel in general. Also recommend the breakfast, so much choice. Would stay again.
