we had a ver nice 3 night stay, we weren't in the hotel a lot of the time as we had a family funeral. I used the gym, well equipped and good equipment. We had breakfast all very good and we weren't rushed from the table which was really nice. Every member of staff we spoke to was really pleasant, helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned every day and they are a good size. I would stay in this hotel again.

I stay in this hotel often visiting my family. This time there was an event on and unfortunately my room was above the noise of the music. The response by the Hotel towards me and my complaint made me happy, there was not much they could do, however they responded in the best way. I'll request a quiet room on future bookings.

Wonderful Hotel in the Countryside of Burnley. I have family close by so will be a regular to this Hotel :-)
