Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, an IHG Hotel

It was a really big room! Which was great as a family. Plenty of room to move around cases. Downside there werent any drawers for clothes just a shelf in the wardrobe. But the cleaning team were amazing and they replenished the water bottles everyday which was great with the hot weather The buffet breakfast was great! Plenty of food and again staff were lovely Parking was good, and you can park on the tight as you enter, just drive up to the barrier…as the staff said “park wherever theres a marked space” 😊 just dont forget to register yourself as a guest and the number of noghts when you arrive

Room for the hotel is not expected as showed in the picture, room is very small & disappointed with breakfast. Staff for breakfast not very helpful and approachable. We have to have our breakfast outside in the morning. Apart from room small & problem With breakfast, pool & Gym is good & ideal for family holiday.

Lovely, pleasent staff, fabulous breakfast, very comfy beds, good in room amenities. Spa and pool area great too as we could watch kids (11 &9) in the pool while in the sauna. Good location for London (tube from Uxbridge), Windsor, Harry Potter studios, legoland.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered this year who went out of their way to make sure everything was OK and acknowledge you as they saw you in the hotel. During our two day stay, we noticed a number of cleaning and maintenance activities taking place which goes to show the hotel is being looked after and the staff are trying to present this in the best possible light. Great breakfast as well and whilst the pool is open to health club visitors, we didn't feel out of place taking our children swimming before we left. Well done to the team there.

Stayed for 5 nights with partner and 2 young children. Room was clean, had 2 double beds, free mini bar and lovely bathroom. The only negative thing with the room, was lack of storage. No coat hooks, no drawers. There was only a wardrobe with a few hangers and 2 bedside cabinets (would be perfect for shorter stays) Breakfast staff were very friendly with outstanding service. Plenty of fresh food and drinks. Spa was lovely, clean, warm with plenty of clean towels. Good location, big free car park. 5 mins drive to Gerrard Cross Station and 20 minute train to London. Legoland 30 minute drive Harry potter studios 30 minute drive I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return

We had such a nice stay in this hotel, after spending the day at Legoland we checked in, check in was smooth and quick. The staff were really friendly and accommodating giving us a late check out the next day. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. At breakfast the next day our toddler was very excited and the staff were so lovely to him, giving him colouring and smiling and chatting to him which he loved. My husband left his wallet in the room by accident and they found it during cleaning and called us to come and collect it. The pool is clean and comfortable, the only thing is there is no kids pool or shallow end but the children were all happy splashing around with their parents anyway. All round a fabulous stay, I would definitely recommend. I will be staying here again.

The staff at this hotel were so attentive and friendly, they genuinely care about comfort and individual needs. We travelled as a family of 4 and the staff couldn’t do enough to go the extra mile constantly to make our stay amazing in every way. Making fancy pancakes, chatting with us and offering suggestions of places to go, asking if they could do more. Edward, Roberto and Desi along with the rest of the team were fabulous. We have found a place away from home to feel at home.

As a regular hotel stayer it was lovely, very much felt at home in heading to the pool when we liked, kids very welcome. A wide variety of breakfast and nothing was too much, you've got all your extras you can order as well as the buffet included in breakfast (porridge, haddocks, omlette, eggs, pancakes etc). A few extra bits in our rooms all included water/coke/kitkat//biscuits/tea/coffee etc). TV is just normal channels, so there is room for improvement there to include some movies and options to login to your netflix/youtube/amazon etc would of been handy. We ate in the restaurant, all very nice, colouring and crayons for the kids etc and lovely food, a wide selection. Located just 20 mins away from Harry Potter World, a nice distance for the kids to have a kip in the car before going in. All round a lovely couple of days, and we would recommend, as long as you have the car as you cannot walk anywhere.

Booked 2 nights half term for children to have fun swimming. Room clean, very quiet , we had 2 double beds. Breakfast varied and good. Swimming area, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all very nice.

Lovely stay here, would stay again too! They were great with our children and breakfast was amazing! We had an issue where a bag of medication was left in our room and our little daughters found it and they sorted it quickly. Really comfy beds too!
