We are a couple with a toddler and booked a room with a Queen bed and sofa. However, this was not a Queen size bed only a double and was very uncomfortable due to three sleeping in this bed. When this was mentioned to reception on checking out, we were told this was false advertising and we must have been cosy!!! For the same price, we could have booked a room with two double beds and been comfortable; these rooms were also bigger overall.

Staff and service were lovely, clean and welcoming
Negative family room not much room for 2 adults 2 children.
Evening meals were cold on service and dry ...warmed up food .
Car parking was expensive when charged £353 for 2 nights then then charged for parking
For a company chain of the hilton i expected abit more
I would not book again in the future

Would stay again, with a view I need to eat out as they don’t cater for celiac disease, noting this was a child, or asked if there were any allergies etc. the rooms where spotless , beds very comfortable indeed, with a good range of products in the bathroom and shower , BBC 1 (tv) has no volume, and more information about such issues is times of check out & extra costs of parking would be beneficial. Albeit a very comfortable stay, near to fair and transport links such as trams .

Check in was slow, it was booked late so I never seen the email offering online check in. I parked my car in the Hotel car park and gave my car details when checking in, on check out I was told I owed £35 for parking . The reason I chose this hotel, which is not in a prime location, was the lack of and cost of parking in Blackpool nearer the attractions and there was no mention when booking that there was a cost for parking(I was told at checkout I should have read the sheet of paper I was handed when I arrived). If this information was on the web site I would have reviewed the cost and booked else where.
The family room is not a family room but a double room with two double beds in it and little or no room for your clothes.
Breakfast was terrible, they do not have the capacity to deal with a full hotel so after standing in a queue for 20 min and get to where the food is(whats left) there was no plates or trays, by the time you get something and get back to a table it is cold. This is not the staffs fault as they tried their best.

The hotel is overall in an excellent condition and well maintained room and outside areas.
Our experience as a family was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will recommend to any families travelling with kids.
Included breakfast was cheery on top with lot of excellent choices for everyone including vegetarian folks like me !!

We stayed 5 nights. There was a problem with our bathroom door which was quickly rectified with a room change and an upgrade to a premium room.
The first room was a family double and was great but the premium family double was a better size. I loved the wooden flooring and extra space especially as we were staying so long. My son loved the huge tv.
Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice with a waffle or pancake station being offered each morning. Everything is self serve and there was always plenty of staff available if you needed any assistance.
The staff have given me a whole new expectation for customer service standards. They were fantastic, we were always greeted with a smile. The common areas were always clean and staff were always busy ensuring they stayed that way. Nothing was too much for them and I found they offered help before I even realised I needed it.
We eat in the restaurant twice and both times were great, fast, fresh hot food and again brilliant service.
The hotel is in a quiet location by the disco ball. There is a tram stop just across the road but it was also a lovely walk along the waterfront to the main attractions.
We would definitely return, should we find ourselves in Blackpool again.

Great hotel nice and new , location isn’t in the best end of town but to be honest Blackpool is not looking too pretty these days .
Hotel breakfast was good hotel breakfast area was like a war zone with everything all over the place and dirty tables galore .
Staff alll seemed pleasant but a bit clueless .
Lots of families = lots of noise so be prepared .
As hotels go in Blackpool it’s certainly one of the better ones but Blackpool itself is really rundown ..real shame.

Family of 4 staying but towels, cups, glasses in room for 3.
There are no bars near and the hotel bar had run out of all draugt beers, Guinness, Magners..all little things but you expect more from Hampton Hilton.
That said, everything else was great. We parked at the door for free, room was great (not huge for a family and not much storage) with good amenities.
Breakfast was very good and a great selection.
A bit off the beaten track but kids love trams and there is a stop right outside.

We stayed for one night in a family room. The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
My only issue, which overall was small was the bathroom door would not lock and slid open constantly.
Overall the room was a good size for the thee of us with Two big beds. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower.
Food overall was good with a decent choice of kids meals. Breakfast was included in our booking and was very nice.
I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely come back again.
