I am disabled and have difficulty with access I found this hotel accessible for me and close enough to the airport so I didn’t have to rush in the morning as I experience paralysis nightly
If possible next time do you have disabled room with electric beds and bigger bathroom areas so family can help me better
We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be using you again
Thankyou

We usually pay more for our hotels but cannot see what we get extra—the room's simple bathrooms of a decent standard. The room came with coffee facilities, an iron and a hairdryer. The biggest issue was they had run out of most foods, but we did stay on children's holidays and a buffet breakfast was included. Convenient to the airport and motorways. We will return, value for money.

It was a short stay but perfect for me! Close to the airport and they arranged a wake up call and taxi for the morning. My family could park and help me to my room. Even had an early grab and go breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

Overnight stay prior to flight. We booked a family room which consisted of a double bed and double sofa bed, both beds were comfy, room was clean with adequate storage. Only problem was the room was hot, but fan provided. We were ok as it was October.
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both meals (the piri piri chips are exceptionally hot).
The best part of our stay was the staff. Every single one of them from check in staff, bar staff and restaurant staff, all very pleasant, helpful and chatty, best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Arrived after midnight and sofa bed was not made up for our kid, toilet light was not working and rooms don’t have any air conditioning…temp was 30deg Celsius. Were moved to new room because of broken light. Rooms need air conditioning. Breakfast decent. Staff friendly.

A really bad experience.
Firstly it’s a in a great location for the airport. And it has half decent food for a budget hotel.
However - no air conditioning in the rooms, and only a tiny gap in the window made it far too hot to sleep. With four people trying to sleep it got hotter and hotter through the night, even though it cooled off outside.
Also, the sofa bed was in very poor shape, and impossible to sleep comfortably on.
So, if there are one or two of you and it’s winter this is a great budget airport hotel. If it’s summer and you are a family, avoid it at all costs. We would have been better off sleeping in the car, at least the windows open to let a breeze in.

Had a very swift check in (perfect) family room made up with sofa bed and a travel cot. Bathroom and shower especially was very nice. Room was clean and no noise heard from any other rooms on the ground floor. Didn’t eat in restaurant only because my young kids preferred a McDonald’s. Had the breakfast though and it was lovely, really good choice and very tasty. 5 mins in car to terminals. Definitely would stay again.

The property was fine, but I booked a family room and when arriving at 9.30pm to find the child’s bed not made up is not ideal.
I spoke to reception who said it would be done very soon. It was 11pm before I got my child to bed.
The staff were brilliant but obviously under staffed.

OVERPRICED for what was on offer—almost twice what I used to pay (inflation, anyone?). Restaurant menu was fixed at the kindergarten level: mostly kiddie items, not much of adult interest. And expensive! Menu itself was a cheap photocopy on plain paper of the same old stuff every day, with whited-out omissions of what they just ran out of. But GREAT FREE BREAKFAST! FIVE STARS!! ★★★★★ But! My biggest gripe: ABSOLUTELY NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS. Instead, a card on the desk advising how to beat the heat by (1) opening the window, (2) wearing light clothing, (3) drinking lots of water. DUH!!! Yet the downstairs lobby and the restaurant were positively chilly with AC. Go figure; I guess retrofitting the rooms with proper climate control (you know—a variable thermostatted fan unit blowing heated or cooled air) would be "too expensive" or "not green enough." Another DUH!!! As a cost-cutting measure: no more airport shuttle; instead, book an overpriced cab (for £15 = US$20) for the one-way 1.1-mile trip. Can you spell "kickbacks"? Having stayed at this motel on many occasions over the past 25 years, I now sadly know to AVOID it for the foreseeable future. Unless it's in the winter (presuming that the rooms have some kind of CENTRAL HEATING :-( ) and I really don't want to miss that great free breakfast...
