Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Istanbul Tuzla

We stayed at a suite-room with its own garden and pool and it was one of the best hotel rooms I ever had. Our 2,5 year old toddler swam freely and joyfully and we were able to spend quality time with him without worrying about him running off. We ordered room service and it was excellent. The one thing we would enjoy a little more would be some additional dining options. Also, a playground in the garden would be amazing.

The staff ant the reception is a bit rude and not welcoming ... There is a dust in the room and some area are not well cleaned .. The facilities are really good and family friendly ..

Excellent room, we stayed at the presidential suite, the kids loved the hammam.

We have stayed here a few times now, using it as a stopover for Sabiha Gokcen airport before travelling further south. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, the hotel rooms are spacious and swimming pool is great. The underground hotel car park spaces are huge so you have no worries about your car being accidentally damaged. On 2 occasions we were upgraded for free which was very nice especially as we have 2 young children (the extra space made a difference). We will definitely stay again. The only recommendation would be to include a children’s menu in the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel when everything you need in it. Kids friendly too... facilitates are also clean. The only problem I had was I booked a transfer to pick me my kids up, when there the transfer was not there, we ended up getting another transfer which is also charged up a huge about of money simply because they noticed we didn't come there I paid 500 Turkish lira which I noticed at the end that is was a huge amount I was supposed to be charged only 90-100 Turkish lira. A member of staff at the hotel Memhet said the transfer ppl had charged the hotel so I need to pay 850 lira, which I taught was ridiculous as I did not use there service. The moral of the story is that if you are a foreigner be prepared to ripped off, they have a problem with given you change too. I definitely not be returning to turkey every again I didn't feel safe as a coloured person.

I stayed at the room with private pool. Room was clean but the pool was too messy with toilet paper & cigarette ashes in side of pool. Even pool side toilet and shower booth didn’t cleaned up as well. I am using this hotel often with my family for last few years but it’s getting worth now.
