We stayed overnight with a family. Hotel location is extraordinary and the rooms were very nicely renovated and spacious. Hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful.
We would definitely be looking to stay at the same hotel during our next trip to Istanbul.

Staff was super amazing, all smiles, extremely helpful, and very nice. They had the best recommendations for shopping, restaurants, itinerary tips, and day trips. Breakfast had a plethora of choices and several items changed daily. There are several playgrounds within walking distance for children.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always looking out to help us as we had a baby and a stroller to carry around. Great selection of food for breakfast. Also a lot of stuff to do around the hotel, being close to points of interest. I totally recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for my visit to Istanbul in 2019 at the recommendation of a friend who stayed there the year prior. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar.
M husband had to cancel his intended trip to Istanbul this September due to a death in the family and the hotel graciously provided us with a refund (on our non-refundable booking). This hotel has wonderful and empathetic customer service and we would recommend it to anyone we know for travel.

Excellent service by the staff, always attentive, but not intrusive. The hotel itself could afford some renovation such as card/door function of the room and also the auto-door function at the main entrance. If you're noise-sensitive, then you better book a hotel in a more quiet area and in a building with thicker walls. We were, unfortunately, able to hear our neighbours flushing the toilet and even some of their conversation. At the doorsteps of the hotel, there is constantly a lot of traffic, and cars are parking everywhere.. If you travel there with small children, make sure you hold their hands before you exit the hotel building, as you'll find yourself directly in a parking mess once stepping out of it. As for their breakfast buffet, it was superb. Please keep this up, also with the delicious Gözleme!

Hotel Amira is hidden gem in SultanAhmet. As a family of 5, we could’ve stayed in any of the larger hotel chains but we decided to try Hotel Amira based on reviews and it’s location. It is walking distance to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, restaurants and Marmara Beach. The staff are super friendly and will cater to your every need, their breakfast buffet is delicious and the rooms are always super clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if you wish to experience the true culture of SultanAhmet.

Staff, room and food were all superb. What a fine introduction to Istanbul. We took advantage of all recommended restaurants and were never disappointed by our meals. We felt like we were welcomed family members and I was sad to leave when we picked up our tour group to visit the rest of Turkey.
