I stayed in this hotel with families on the 29th July 2023. After taken shower, i realised the drain, was choked and all the water was in my room. I call the reception to have this sorted. They came to drain the choke hole, after my wife had taken a shower, same problem occurred. Rooms need to be thoroughly checked ,before guest check in.

Wonderful to be able to stay in the airport and not have to deal with security in the morning for our early flight. The beds are memory foam and we slept like babies! A few griefs were just the towel warmer didn’t work, no lotion (seems silly but I get super dry when I travel and don’t pack lotion for fear of them taking it from me.), but they did have two toothbrush kits which was nice since I had misplaced mine that morning.

This was incredibly convenient during my 13 hour overnight layover in Istanbul before a 12 hour flight with my toddler. Very modern and clean and it just felt great! Every aspect was smooth and convenient even extending our with payment stay a few hours after the 6 am checkout time.

It was fine. We were greeted quickly and sent up to our room. It was generally clean. The staff quickly arrived to set up the second bed and couch bed for our children. While the price is steep ($400 for 8 hours max), it is a necessity if you will be the airport overnight and need to sleep. There isn’t another option that allows you to remain inside security.
If sleeping isn’t your thing, the entire airport, including lounges, restaurants, and shopping are open all night long.

Check-out at 9am is very early. Also, we had to wait 30 minutes after check-in to get sheets and a pillow for the pullout bed in the suite. So what this created is that we got to our room around midnight, had to wait until 12:40 to get the kids bed ready, and then we had to be fully checked out by 9am.
