Hilton Garden Inn Erzincan

I stayed for one night with my family i enjoyed the hotel i come back to the city i perhaps will stay in it

The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has a laundry facility which is fantastic especially for families as it can get expensive using a service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I know that we are living in difficult times but if your restaurant is closed due to COVID we should be when booking. We queued for 20 mins at reception while a local family tried to check in without their HES codes. Once we got to the desk we were told that the process might take some time and to go and sit in the lounge. We were tired and hungry..... why would we want to sit in the lounge?!!! I have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns all over the world. Our experience here was poor. Incidentally the staff member on duty for breakfast was excellent.... oh and the restaurant was open. Strange that! They can open for breakfast but too lazy to provide a meal for hungry tired travellers.... .no room service either!
