Brilliant hotel we had the best holiday with our 7 month old baby, Great staff and lovely food options even the A'la Carte buffet was great which usually isn't at all inclusive hotels, having stayed at several Rixos hotels around the world we found this to be the best yet! Great idea having your own personal assistants via a whats app group chat they were always on hand for any thing we needed. We will definely be back soon!

We traveled with 2 little kids and been very impressed with this hotel. Amazing kids programme, kids club and afternoon/ evening shows! Very nice cocktails at the bars with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Lovely staff and ability to have assistance on whatsapp is a huge advantage. Highly recommend to attend sport classes outside with the view to the pool- something definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

Pros:
1) The staff, in general, is good and very service oriented.
2) The hotel is situated in a large area where you don't feel the crowd except main dining restaurants and bars etc.
3) Food and drink selection and quality was decent for an all inclusive deal.
4) The water is great; we never had a hard time finding a place by the beach.
Cons:
1) Even the deluxe rooms are outdated. Needs renovation. Balcony door did not lock, phones kept going offline, service buttons in the room did not engage etc etc
2) Baby friendly concept needs to be improved. Whenever we requested milk from the room service, it was always delivered in a glass rather than a sealed container. Parents prefer feeding their babies milk from its own original container with expiration date. Definitely not from the glass that comes from the bar.
And we asked for a baby crib and the one we got had several holes and looked very old. We brought this to the staff, but we weren't offered a replacement.
Nevertheless, It started as a great holiday until we all got sick from what we ate in the main dining hall, and spent the last day in our room with IV fluids. The medical and hotel staff was caring and helpful, but we had to foot the absurd medical bill. They call it tourist fever with a bill specifically designed for. It is an external company but Rixos has contracted them, so this binds Rixos too. And you failed on this part; especially since we got sick in your restaurant.

Not a pleasant experience. Many things wrong with the rooms, dirty and smelly public bathrooms, kids stage and club are too far away from the beach which makes it hard to walk back and check on them. Staff speak bad Russian and almost no English. 99% of guests are Russian. No info on activities or where things are on arrival or in the room.

First time (and last) at an "all-inclusive". For the most part, it's a negative-sum game played by both guests and the hotel. Guests try and maximize what they get (like ordering the most expensive alcohol all day, all the time), and the hotel actively works against providing anything. For Rixos, they took it even further by advertising 5 "a-la-carte" dining options, but then making it next to impossible to book (even though they were half-empty every night). Everything is about pushing guests to the massive buffets at one main hotel. The bars are a bit better, but the service is completely inconsistent based on the attitude of the server. The front desk staff - at least in our case - were incompetent to the point of massive frustration. If / when you decide to pay for something, the prices are multiple timers higher than anywhere comparable. Just a bad experience, but I'm rating it "in the middle", because at least some of the experience was simply due to the type of resort. If you like the "game" of all-inclusive, maybe it will be a better experience. The one shining light is that it is well set-up for families and children, so that also contributed to a better than negative review.
