Old Town Point Hotel & Spa Antalya

I do not recomend this hotel for anyone with some dignity or self-respect.The service is npt good,the staff are rude and so are some of the cleaning staff. We stayed for 5 night and they only cleaned 2 times even though se put a sign outside the door. When we were (me+2 kids) early in the morning 2 cleaning women almost forced them self into the room and noted a stain on the old sheets(juice) a littlw stain and then they ram down the stairs and we took the elevator. They had the sheet with them and the person in the front desk was were rude and almost aggressiv.Told me that i had to pay 30 € for this old sheet and said do you use the sheet as a napkin. And then he claimed that they have photo documented 3 pieces during pur stay that were stained with Coffee and they have prove of that. I said that yes when you wash 60 -90 degrees stains go away. I have staid in over 100 hotels during my 35 years and NEVER ever been treated int this way or made to pay foe some old sheets,no matter were in the world. Its obviously that thay wanted to make more money. I payd 200 € for 5 night and i would not even conaider paying half of that. The breakfast was not good,you pay extra for juice and they got most sweets and old fries on the menu. In feont of our room the police made daily pullivers after midnight everyday with flashing lights,there is a sign of erotic shop thats föashing the whole night and just atound the corner is a s*xclub/adult club so its not family friendly either.

The location of the hotel is central so you can can enjoy old part of Antalya on walk. Morning breakfast is adequate for everyone’s needs. There is a great view of the nearby mountains from the hotel. There aren’t any activities for the kids so families with young children will struggle. Carpark is about 5 mins walk away and you have to go through a ‘No Entry’ to enter the road. The receptionist will tell you to make the manoeuvre if there is no police. Parking is limited to 6-7 cars so you have to bet on your luck. TVs in the room only show a handful of Turkish channels. They are very old so you can’t plug in any Firestick/Roku/Chromecast to watch your media. Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels we have been to (we booked connecting family room which had capacity of upto 5 adults). Bathrooms are rudimentary with only one hook by the door. There are no other hooks or shelves which causes issues. Also, there is no water mat near the shower which results in the whole bathroom soaked when you get out of the shower.

Nice Hote to join with family ,I hope to come back next year again,the front desk was easy to check in with Mehmet and guest relation hasan and food was delicious with all guys on service Thank you guys so much for all your respects and appreciate to you guys Love🌹🙏

From the first day we checked-in the the very last. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out their way to make sure they can help. I was very pleased with the service from Ibrahim, Onder and Yusef in particular. The three went over and beyond to make sure we had a great, pleasant and stress free time. If we ever come to Antalya again, the family and I will definitely stay here and we highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent all round. Found all of the staff to be polite, courteous and very responsive to any queries. Nothing was an issue for them. Room was modern and kept clean. We had a connection room which was great for our family of 5. Breakfast options were extensive, fresh and tasty. Great location near the Old Town.

When we arrived and asked about the free parking, the staff told us the directions but failed to mention that a left turn meant going to a one way street nearly causing a collision. I know this is Turkey and people do what they like but this caused confusion and wasted some of our time. The staff need to be clear on instructions saying it's fine to go through the one way street. The soundproofing was awful at the hotel. We could hear babies screaming and crying throughout the night which made the stay super uncomfortable. The location is decent enough and rooms are basic but clean.
