Our vacation experience at Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort was excellent. The staffs' warm hospitality, the beautiful location, and the high-quality facilities made it a memorable vacation for my family. We would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Koh Chang, whether it's with family or friends. This was our second time staying at the Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort, and we are already planning to return next year for another enjoyable vacation experience.

Biggest drawbacks were loud pop music at the pools in late afternoon and pretty crowded. Hard to get a bed by the beach or pool. Very kid-friendly. Decent food. Very pretty.
