Beautiful property. The rooms with the pool were amazing.
Special mention for the staff - always attentive and prompt. The kids club was nice. My children enjoyed spending time at the kids club.

Absolutely excellent. Staff are incredibly helpful and remember the little details. Hotel is clean. Our first room had a problem with the shower and they upgraded us to a room almost double the cost at no extra fee to us. Truly fantastic service. Food was on point every day. Location was great, geared towards the quieter end of Chaweng Beach, but stroll along for 15 minutes and you'll soon see a plethora of youngsters with loud hip music pumping. Granted it was off season so was rather quiet all round in Koh Samui but literally cannot find fault with this hotel. Would absolutely return here. It's both family friendly and yet adult oriented at the same time. Excellent balance. Only got back this morning and already miss the service as well as the company I attended with. True 5 star rating. Thank you SALA
