Thai Thai Sukhothai Resort

Very friendly staff, nice pool- often empty, but a lot of children checked in on my last day and they were screaming, running, doing bombs, parents throwing them round etc so the whole area was soaked. Nice breakfast. Not so close to the historic park and restaurants etc, but walkable. Decent bikes for 50B. Good room and shower. Probably not that secure- drunk neighbours managed to get through the door lock and half break the chain before they realised it was the wrong room- the hotel fixed the chain the next day.

The room was like the pictures, beautiful. Good service from the reception staff. Lot of choice at the breakfast buffet. To access the nice swimming pool, you need to cross the small road. The whole hotel is more like a charming motel where you park your car in front of your room. For a family traveling without a car, I would recommend the neighbor, Sawasdee Sukhothai, with great swimming pool in the middle of the green garden and bungalows.
