Disappointed would not put in extra bed for small child !

The staff was amazing! They made this Farang feel like family!!

Hotel close to the airport and free shuttle. Booked an early 9am check in to stay for a few hours to wait for family arriving on later flight. Room ready on arrival and staff very helpful and friendly

Great stay! We stayed one night. The upgrade us for a family room with two rooms. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel was convenient due to the free shuttle services from/to the airport. It had an onsite restaurant which costs well above going out. There were options within walking distance but very risky going across the busy road with multiple lanes. The family suite room was a good size and comfortable for our group of four adults. Bring mosquito spray as you'll have several in the room and will be waking up with bites.

The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, understanding where to meet and get on the shuttle was a bit confusing, but not the hotel's fault, the airport's entire pick-up and shuttling system is a little confusing, but we were able to figure it out quickly. The staff from the driver, front desk, and cleaners were so kind and respectful. It was a great stay and will likely stay there again, it was perfect for our family. The restroom is nice, but the shower sprays outside the tub, there was no good way of not having the water rush outside the tub getting the floors all wet. Other than that, it was truly a very comfortable stay.

We booked for a family of four but when we got there they only had one double bed for us. they brought a rollaway bed for my 16 year old but the 11 year old had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch, not good value for the money. Would not recommend or stay here again for this price.

No hot water in suite for more than 22 h! When hot water was restored after 22 h, we only had it only in shower/tub. It was suggested I shave over the bath tub! Finally we changed rooms. Depite agreeing to compensate me for the inconvience of me and 4 family members, they ignored their commmitment made by reception personnel. Major language barrier.
