4 out of 5 stars

This is a very new hotel which is beautifully presented and Well stAffed. There were very few guests that weren't Thai and occupancy was below 20% when we stAyed for 4 nights whilst visiting family in the area. The hotel is not suitable for anyone disabled or elderly. The beds have a wooden frame around them that made it difficult to get in and out of. There was only one metal chair to sit in in the room too. My sister who is in her 50s and has knee problems struggled to get in and out of the bed and so did my father. There is one lift for all of the six floors of rooms. They are still working in the hotel and in the Sunday they were building a door frame for a children's playroom with no care for the noise to guests. Very little of the staff spoke English but they do try their best and went out of their way to be helpful to us and really looked after us very well. There are lots of lovely seating Areas and beautiful views out to sea. There was. General lack of atmosphere due to the low occupancy and they closed the bar and turned off lights at 10pm each evening. There aren't any taxis in this area but the hotel have a 5 seater pick up which they use to ferry guests into the main town etc upon request and at a very cheap rate .
