Sunsuri Phuket

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Our kids loved the waterslide, pool and water volleyball matches. All staff were polite and friendly.

As a family we had a great time, well looked after the staffs and surrounding area is great for family holidays. I recommend highly Sunsuri

Our check in was delayed and the rooms were cleaned up after some feedback. The hotel even offered us the christmas dinner as compensation. Really appreciated that! <3 we had an awesome family holiday! Thanks guys

The resort was excellent, people were fantastic, and the service was always done promptly and with a smile. The resort is in the southernmost tip of the island in a more family and wellness oriented area. The Nai Harn beach was amongst one of the best beaches in the island, and during the afternoon tide, gave nice and fun moments with tall waves, but never feeling unsafe or particularly strong. The pool in the resort was good, safe and clean as well. The area is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the island as Patong Beach and Phuket Town are more than 45 minutes away at peak times. Breakfast had variety and the food was good and tasty. Tropical fruits in the fruit bar were nice. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and in particular I remember Aya helping me promptly, kindly, and always with a smile - excellent service! Some of the staff in the hotel spoke very little English, in particular the cleaning staff, but that's expected. I had a one day full tour arranged by the hotel tour guide and it was an excellent day out as well. I had a great time in Phuket and I would return to Sunsuri on another trip.

We (5 adults + 1 kid) stayed at U sunsuri for 5 days. Its a very clean & nice resort especially if you are looking to get away from the busy downtown area and relax. Nai harn beach is 3-5 mins away by foot. Hotel is pretty new and rooms are big and well decorated. Resort is well designed and staffs are very friendly and nice. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel but food is really good. If you are looking to shop and eating out, this place isn't the best place for you unless you have a car. taxi in phuket is pretty expensive. I would totally come and stay again.

We were a family of six people and had a lovely stay at SunSuri. The hotel is located by the beautiful Nai Harn Beach - a quieter area of Phuket. The staff is very service-minded and upgraded our rooms upon arrival. The only point to note about the hotel is that there are many stairs, so if you have difficulty walking, it may not be the right choice.

Tucked away on a hilly area, it is very tastefully designed and has a lot of space and amazing swimming pools and activities for children. Easy access to nai hon beach which is really lovely in the late afternoon. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Swimming pools for kids and adults are thoughtfully designed with a pavillion for resting and enjoying the pool bar. Food was nice and reasonably priced. We had a lake view villla with its own private and shaded swimming pool so was very quiet and convinient. Only downside would be the long walks if staying on one of the blocks further up the hill, but they helpfully shuttle you around on request. We had a downer on our trip as kids got a vomiting bug fron either the food or most likely the swimming pool water. They also seemed to have no rehydration salt etc on site and just asked us to go the doctors. However putting down to bad luck and overall very pleasant chilled out holiday

We had an amazing stay. Customer service was excellent with lots of additional nice touches. They even delivered a complimentary birthday cake to our room. There are lots of child-friendly features including a games room & children's play area and all of the swimming pools have shallow areas.

Location - 1 hour drive from Airport, 5 mins walk to beach (had several restaurants, lovely clean beach, went snoorkling saw a variety of coral fish though of course can't be compared with 'Island Tours'), 30 mins drive to phuket town. Hotel - great condition as it's relatively new, lovely setting with great/ fun swimming pools which included a water slid and diving platform. Rooms - mattress very comfortable (semi hard), clean, huge shower, balcony to relax in. The only negative point was the airconditioning in the room - blows directly at your head while you are in bed. Breakfast - good selection of salad, bread, cakes, homemade pancakes, waffles, sausages, bake beans etc, they also had an egg station which made the Best egg benedict. Service - fantastic, staff were helpful, friendly, efficient, the massages at their Spa was also very good and relaxing. Highly recommend both for family and relaxing retreats for couples.
