I was severely disappointed by one of the top rated hotels in Phuket. The hotel’s strength is the location, next to the fabulous beach. But the facilities are dated, the rooms have problems like old scratchy sheets and inconsistent water temperature. And the biggest problem is the close proximity of the hotel to some very shady nightlife. My family did not feel safe among the many marijuana dispensaries, massage shops propositioning sex, and other adult-themed shops on the street of the hotel and the streets surrounding it. I misunderstood the Patong area, but I saw other kids at the hotel, so others misunderstood it too.

Lovely hotel in great location for walking to main tourist areas. Rooms were good size and cleaned to a high standard. Staff freindly and helpfull. Swimming pool area is lovely and the ladies working there were so nice especially to my 2 grandchildren, only comment i would make is umbrellas do not give the best shade in the mid afternnon sun , but nothing some extra sun screen cant resolve. Breakfast had lots of options and plenly to eat. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Awsome experience.. Very good location - few mins from the beach, eataries, massage parlours. Good break fast- good varieties and value for money. Would surely recommend to any family & friends visiting Phuket.

Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel facilities are new and air-con is good. There is room service everyday throughout our 3 days stay. About 6 mins walk away from Bangla Night Market. 3 mins walk away there is a family mart. Convenient location. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, with the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Thailand. It’s in a great location if you want to be near all the action (bangla road/patong beach). Most of the employees were very nice and helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again but would mainly recommend it more geared towards families/couples.
