Jane and the family were the best hosts they were so friendly, food was great , very relaxed family run hotel, excellent that you can hire bikes direct from them as well. Will be back

I had the best service of my life here. Jenny was amazing and everyone was kind and helpful and concerned their guests have safe trips and are not missing their rides even 😂. Gorgeous family. Local shop has cute puplies and the rhasta bar down the road is gorgeous.

Very nice family owned hotel with very good service and facilities. But the beds were a bit hard "they put an extra blanket under the sheets" so it worked out well. They could have a laundry machine at the hotel so you didn't have too take the laundry out to haeit washed. Good service with moped re tal at the hotel.

Turned out to be the perfect ending to our tour of SE Asia as we rested up before our long journey back to UK/Spain via Hong Kong! Real stars of the show here are the staff who are all so lovely and helpful and brilliant in the kitchen every morning at breakfast. Nice Thai food in the evening too by my lovely RAIN making friend! Place is absolutely spotless and well maintained throughout .Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if ever back in Phuhket. 10/10. Cheers to Jane and her family Team.

We stayed in Naka Resort for one week in November 2016. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We had a balcony, but there is not much a view. It is good if you want to have a drink and enjoy the evening above the pool area. Air conditioning is very good and WiFi works surprisingly well (30/3 mbps), so you can relax if the hot weather is too much for you. The pool looks good, although we didn't use it. The hotel is situated a bit far from the beaches and shops, so you need a scooter or enough money for the taxis. Walking to Kamala or Patong and back is maybe too much for most of the people. We chose this hotel because we like more quiet surroundings and read very good reviews. Hotel restaurant is decent, but mostly we ate in Kamala or Patong while staying on the beaches. More people could enjoy staying at the hotel all day long, if there is a place for sun bathing. Also breakfast could have a bit more variety (cereal/muesli+milk/yogurt) The best thing in this hotel is the friendly staff. We got very individual service although we perhaps weren't the easiest customers. We will recommend this hotel for families and people who like to sleep well in clean rooms. We will be back next year.
