We spent 6 wonderful days at the JW Marriott resort. The hotel, pools and beach are amazing, the service and kindness of employees is excellent as always. Also our kid enjoyed the various activities. A special thanks to Khun Boom and Khun Nil for their friendly and courteous service. Congratulations for the wonderful JW garden project and the ecological sustainability program. It was a pleasure to listen to the enthusiastic garden tour of Khun Joy and her team. The morning egg collection was one of the highlights for my family! Hopefully to come back soon.

Beautiful property with excellent landscaping..non stop entertainment for kids of all ages and back to back activities for adults too.. Wonderful and friendly staff ever willing to go out of the way to make guests comfortable.. special mention for Front office manager Mr Rashdan for making b day celebrations a memorable one.. Excellent food and wide range of stand alone cuisines too to add to the wonderful experience..Wish to come back soon!!

The hotel was really great, every part of it, especially the restaurants. The only issue we had was that even we booked half board 2 adults 1 child at the checkin there was an issue with the child as the hotel mentioned the dinner was not included. It would be great in the future to avoid such situations

Excellent beach, lovely hotel facilities, various dining options. Staff is very friendly, although restaurant staff need some proper training. Overall we had really relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. Would recommend Khao Lak beach and JW Marriott to everyone who is looking for a family friendly holiday destination.

What a beautiful luxurious resort. It perfectly balances being family friendly and adult friendly. The pool access rooms are the best.

This is a wonderful hotel with many amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The beach is superb, one of the few almost pristine ones left in Thailand. The only downside is the size: it’s a huge resort, with many people and quite a bit walking. On the upside, you get fantastic pools, great beach chairs, etc. Really great especially for families.
