The absolutely most perfect location in the town. The night market, lake, shopping and fining right at the front door. The family that runs the guesthouse are always smiling. I loved the coffee provided in the morning. The pool was nice. The rooms need a little tlc but are comfortable and are good. The price is typical Thai bargain priced. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here numerous times and it is always great. The family who own and run Piya are welcoming and helpful! The location is perfect and we really enjoy the coffee machine in the morning!
