Ban Sainai Resort

Absolutely wonderful reaort for the parents and children. Beautiful tropical family cottage, helpfull and ki d staff, magical resort. Loved it.

We spent 3 nights stay at Ban Sainai resort at lake view room for wedding anniversary. Everything are excellent, exceeded our expectation, the spectacular lake view from the our room, the room was very clean, breakfast with lake view, nice food and something we must highlight here is all their staff r very friendly and always with smile n neat attire. We also special requested them to organise eco origami for us during our stay and they fulfilled our request & "wow" us by how well and their sincerity to conduct the workshop for us. There was 5 to 6 staff were assigned to conduct the workshop for us including the special cookies and drinks after the workshop all r complimentary. Highly recommend to all... either couple, family who travel to Krabi... last but not least,.... the resort r nestle in the beautiful garden with lake ( full of fish)....n with mountain view!

Because the hotel is removed from the main road and the commercial area, I was a bit worried about my choice. However, as soon as I checked in and saw the room, I couldn't be happier. The room was spacious and clean. Also, it is an independent cottage with two rooms, which our party used both, so that our children could make noise without worrying about other guests. Although we didn't have many choices about the breakfast, it was more than adequate. The staff members were very kind and greeted us whenever they met us. They provide free shuttle to Aonang beach, which is convenient. The pool was very clean and big enough for us to spend an afternoon after we checked out. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with children.
