Sleep Mai Lifestyle Hotel Thapae

We stayed here for 3 nights. Would definitely recommend it to others. A few minutes walk to the famous Thapae Gate, where they have the Sunday walking street night market. Close to McDonalds for the kids who still miss fast food from back home or refuse to eat local foods. Night bazaar is also just a few minutes drive away by tuk tuk.

The staff is very kind and attentive which was appreciated. The hotel is also well located in Chiang Mai - most attractions are within walking distance. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Absolutely stay here! The perfect hotel for a Chiang Mai trip, whether you are a solo traveller like me, or a family with kids, or a couple looking for a getaway. The hotel is very clean, with a warm and welcoming lobby. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my trip because I spontaneously extended my stay twice, and all three rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The bathrooms are clean, and the showers have good water pressure. Air conditioning works perfectly, beds are very comfortable (especially if you like firmer mattresses), and there is enough space in the room to chill. Location is excellent, you will have no issues walking to any part of the old city. There are great food options available nearby as well. The hotel staff are the best part of the hotel. They truly treat you like family, and will be more than happy to help you with any part of your trip. You can book local excursions through them - skip all the tourist excursion agencies in the city, the hotel already has the best pricing and trips are including pickup and dropoff at the hotel. You can also order laundry service for 90Baht/kg (my clothes came back clean and perfect - recommend!) The hotel also offers breakfast and a pool, both of which I did not try (but I did see many people enjoying it!). Definitely stay here if you can, more than happy with my stay. Whenever I come back to Chiang Mai I will be staying here.
