This was my worst experience, is this really a Hilton? The room clearly lacks maintenance. There was a strong smell when entering the room. During the two nights we stayed, engineers came three times to repair the bathroom door, air conditioner and door lock etc, among other problems. This is so bad and disturbed for me and the kids. I would definitely not recommend staying here, unless you don't mind being disturbed.

Love the location, across the road is the Terminal 21 big shopping mall, 7-11 next door, stayed in family suite so have access to the executive lounge, love the happy hour drinks even kids enjoy the drinks and refreshments. The cons for the family suite, the kids room is quite warm even when we maxed out the aircon, the toilet area is quite smelly, I don’t think it was cleaned properly, still can smell pee a bit, water pressure not the best, complete vanity is provided.

Overall a nice hotel with great staff. I disagree with the locked soap dispensers. I understand why the hotel decided to use this system, wanting avoid small bottle portions. The issue is anyone with a dexterity problem, arthritis, or elevating limbs or wishing to use while having a bath would experience difficulties. I also feel the cost of repairing enamel paint for bathroom sink would be worthwhile investment. Thanks for the stay. I will be returning in April with family.

Stayed at 1208, the room was huge. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff are friendly and super professional. I will definitely recommend the hotel for family and friends.
ASOKE BTS was only 5 minutes walking, Terminal 21 mall is only 5 minutes walking as well.

We checked into our hotel and was asked to wait because our room was still being cleaned which was fine so we decided to walk to the mall to kill some time.
When we got our keys, the room smelt bad, especially the toilet. I called the front desk and asked why we were situated at the smoking floor and they explained that all floors are non-smoking and that they have not taken down the signs that says ‘smoking floor’. One evening later, our room key didn’t work so we called the front desk and ask if they can open it for us. One of the staff had a machine to open the door but unfortunately, that didn’t work either. The staff informed me that they can prepare another room for us to sleep but we will have to wait till the morning to get our things inside the room. I explained that we need our belongings in the room and our kids are getting tired so they suggested to have the engineer pry open the door for us which he did. Total waiting time for us to get them to open the door was over an hour and a half.
We got into our new room and was cleaner than the previous room but the air conditioner was terrible. We called in the engineer and he was nice to fix it for us.
The next morning as we were heading out, I saw a customer complaining about her room key not working.
The hotel is in a good location but it’s falling apart. The rooms are not the cleanest, key cards don’t work at times, emergency flash lights don’t work.Travelling with kids, look for other options.

Our family had a very good time at the Pullman. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast had lots of good choices. The staff members we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Shopping is relatively close and the commute on the BTS is both inexpensive and efficient.
