Overall the hotel is very good however there’s are some points that definitely have to improve: - pillows are horrible. - we made a reservation for 3 people and when we arrived the reception had inform us that even though we pay for 3 people, as one is a kid that would be no extra bed but my son would need to sleep with us in the room. - reception politeness. When the situation occurred the manager on duty was quite rude telling us the setup. Quite unusual in Thailand and this attitude would not even be ok in Europe.

The location is good. Breakfast is good. Pool and fitness is very nice. But staff are not much friendly and you will not feel welcoming attitude. Room cleaner used my hand cream, the new tube has been squeezed a quite and some amount of cream was taken out. Also candy of my kid was missing. And they keep forgetting that there are 3 people in the room and take away the extra third towel the next day which I asked to bring previous day. During the breakfast, eventhough not many customers, they clear the table while we go to pick food and throw away the food that is not eaten yet. Overall, very careless with customers and eventhough facility is 5 star, the vibe and the people are not up to it. Will not stay again.

Good hotel, my room was not that great, was leaking water from the roof, they fixed it but started to leak again. My wife had a good poison from the in room dining, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel location is good and close walk to major kids activities. Staff is great!
