Staying in Akyra Thong Lo with my family was an overall great experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and the space, convenience, comfort, and service made the trip to hot and gritty Bangkok more enjoyable. The room itself needs some reconditioning of chipped paint in the drawers, and the bathrobes need replacing, but these really are minor things that don't take away much from the experience.

hotels locatoin is far from noise, overall very comfortable, good for those who want peaceful vacation, while not so convienent for taking a 3 year old kid. hotel didn't change towel and clean room for one of my stay there.

My family of 6 had an excellent stay at the akyra. The location lends itself well to explore the Thonglor area and they have an on-call tuk tuk service to whisk you to the BTS. The rooms were spacious and clean with great views of the city skyline. The included breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing: varied fruits, daily dishes, omelette bar and a great combination of Thai and Western options. And lastly; the pool and hot tub were spacious and modern. We really appreciated using them after a long day exploring the city and it’s aureounding. Thank you all!

Rooms are spacious and hotel was lovely and in a great location close to restaurants. We were however disappointed that a roll-away bed was not considered for our daughter (who is 8 years old). I think they expected her to sleep with us parents. I wonder why hotels ask for the age of kids when you book and then don't think about what sleeping arrangements are best. In the end we received a roll-away bed at a reduced cost. Concierge staff very friendly and helpful.
