It's a 3 star hotel, and it's worth the money you pay. The morning "breakfast" is slightly below 'basic'. The location is down a relatively dark street late at night festooned with signs cautioning you to be careful of pickpockets and kids on motorbikes who will lift your valuables. The only nearby restaurant that formerly sold breakfast is now an expensive and not-so-tasty chicken place. Give that one a miss.
