Amazing hotel and services. Faultless in every possible way - hotel in excellent condition, spacious rooms great for families, great breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and new fitness facilities. Conveniently located to explore the best of Bangkok.

Spacious rooms with terrific layout for families - separate closet/vanity from full bathroom; living area, bed and desk. We stayed for 4 nights and it was everything we needed for a family of four (2 small children). Breakfast selection was good. We loved that the hotel was private and quiet yet close enough to walk to shopping malls such as Central Embassy and Central Chidlom (a shuttle service to Central World is also available). Concierge service was terrific and helped us make all our bookings. The restaurants/cafes at Velaa are very convenient as well. Overall, a lovely stay.
