We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was quite a spread. The amenities such as game room, massage chairs and children’s play room in the hotel is commendable - as we can take a rest, have some downtime after all the heat and bustle of Bangkok city.

My family really had an awesome stay here at Grand Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri. Very close to Central World, Siam Paragon, Big C & other shopping malls. Free flowing coffee in the lobby. Very easy check in and accommodating staff (reception). I screwed up the in-room safety vault and they fixed it right away. The best part was the washing machine inside the room! Like a mini apartment in the city of Bangkok. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There is a shopping mall nearby, and if you walk slowly, it will take about 15 minutes on foot to Chit Lom station. Good access. The hotel lobby is very clean. Breakfast also had variations. The staff was also kind to foreigners. There is also a pool and playroom for children to enjoy. Darts, car games and massage chairs were also free. There was a washing machine in the room to wash and dry clothes, which was convenient. The room smelled a little bad, so I wanted a deodorant or a nice smelling aroma. but, It's been a good trip for us. thank you very much. I want to stay here again.

Great accommodations, loved the easy access sauna, gym, and hot tub. Room service is fantastic, and the food served delicious. Very friendly staff, centrally located, family friendly, and also walking distance from 2 stops on the BTS system

Check in was a little slow when I arrived at about 5, perhaps because it was peak hour, or reception was understaffed. Staff who attended to me did her best, but she was like attending to 3 guests and trying to teach a junior at the same time.

my 2nd stay in 2019. Very attentive staffs. always there with a helping hand, especially to hotel guests with kids. a hotel that makes you feel like home. very comfy beds. i can see that the hotel staffs are making a great effort to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. only concern... the bathroom shower is so cold... even if o have turned it all the way to hot water.
