hotel room was very clean and staff was polite. a variety of food choices for the morning breakfast buffet. direct walkway at level 3 to surasak BTS, very convenient. one stop away to sathorn pier to take a boat ferry to iconsiam. would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Perfect stay for your family of 4. The connecting rooms with the king-twin configuration were very nice. Comfortable beds, lovely staff, great breakfast. Clean! Connects to the BTS, so easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

It is very good hitil forour family. The hotel location is very good because of connect the BTS station. And the hotel employee is very kind. So, i will make a reservation when I visit the Bangkok again.

My family of 4 stayed in the Eastin for a week and it was a good choice. Great service, clean and comfortable, great buffet breakfast, nice infinity pool on the 14th floor, good location with a walk-way to the BTS.

We were so happy to have the room with lounge access! My family really enjoyed spending time up there. Location was great! One stop to Bang Rack market and Saphan Taksin Pier by BTS.

Ok, so we family of 9 travelers stayed here only two days before going to our Villa stay in Phuket. From the first moment, the front desk staff asked our very excited 4 and 5-year kids on a holiday to act as grown-ups and make them quiet. Even though no one asked the same thing from us again during our stay, we always felt discomfort staying at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok. There were not a lot of choices of eating places except the next-door restaurant and in-hotel restaurants which were a bit expensive. The pool floor was a good experience, and the bridge exit straight to the overground metro was very useful for travelers. However, I would recommend just normal taxis or Tuktuks for traveling. Next time when were in Bangkok will choose a more family-friendly place.
