Inn by the Village

There were QUITE a few live ants on our bed/bedsheets! We had at least 5-7 on one (some dead some alive) and another one had about 2 that we just flicked them off the second bed and slept on it. For about 5200NTD (we upgraded to a family room from a double room), we really did not expect that sort of poor standard. It was at midnight when we got back to the hotel and saw the ants so were too tired to go and complain, but this should not have happened in the first place. When we checked out the next day and showed the receptionist the video (yes we have proof), she just said ok thanks for the feedback, and then later gave us a packet of treats (???) and that was the end of it. Really quite shocked with the standard but also the poor service recovery. Are we living in a age where we pay 5200NTD and we are supposed to just accept that there’s quite a few live ants crawling in the bedsheets? Would never go back again

1. Add the fee for the child, the three persons in the room only have one bath towel (actually there are two Bath Mat in the room!). Because the room is too cold, I called the customer service to ask for one more bath towel and quilt, the customer service said that the child added the cost is only include the breakfast, if you need the quilt should go downstairs to the front desk to pay rent of 550 TW dollars, this is the hotel regulation! 2. When I checked in, I booked a car at 8:30 from the hotel to the dock the next morning. The driver was late the day before, so I went to the front desk at 7:40 to confirm. The front desk says no problem. In the morning of July 25, a man and a woman worked at the front desk. The woman was very rude. The man looks like an intern who could not handle anything. At 8:27 I went to the front desk and asked if the car was coming. The man said, "Wait. The driver is on his way." I said if I couldn't catch the ship can you be responsible? He said wait, or I'll call a taxi for you. I am very angry because I confirmed the car with you 50 minutes in advance, at this time the driver unexpectedly came out of the room next to the front desk! The front desk is cheating again! The driver is not on the road, but always in the room beside the front desk!!! 3. Breakfast is not fresh, watermelon and dragon fruit are completely ripe and rotten for customers.
