A beautiful hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family vacation to Taiwan. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I left my phone in an Uber and the very helpful bellman called the police and reported the license number. Within the hour, the police had called the driver bd he returned my phone to me! Amazing!! This would never have happened in the States! So grateful!

This was a great choice. Close to ximendang market which is a lively place to shop and eat. 5-10 walk to subway and about 15-20 minute walk to Lungshan temple. They let the kids get a bag of candy daily, the breakfast provided was a nice large buffet and it was a nice clean place to stay. Would recommend

It's my second time to Garden Taipei.
Dislike: Found cockroach in the first night, told the reception staff but no follow up, found the rubbish left from the previous room guest which are melted candies behind the desk. Still found lots of hair after the room make up in the next day. Bit disappointed on cleanness and for no handling on cockroach problem.
Like: Checked in family room, room is spacious, hardware is good thought it's newly renovated. Toilet amenities are good. Location is good.

Easy to get MRT and walking distance to Ximen station is a plus. Room is not too big for family of 4 but have everything we need, well maintained room and nice staffs.

Very clean and modern. It is a walkable distance to Ximending and the Liberty Square Arch. It offers unlimited snacks (you can go pick in the store nearby) which was fun for the kids. The staff was extremely helpful. The gym is a bit dated but adequate.

For a family of four, this was a great little spot. Walkable to an underground mall with a temple and easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet was perfect.

It's good to stay with a family. There is the small bath. The location is also good. But, in this morning, there are many waiting lines for the breakfast. They need to improve this.
Others are good. I will recommend this hotel to others.
